We bought No. 58 in October 2015 after falling in love with Wells ten years previously.
The property was run as a holiday home for many years before we took it over, but we wanted to put our own stamp on it.
Whilst there is no dedicated parking associated with the property, free parking is available on the High Street a mere 50yds from the front door.
External storage is available, for bikes and wet suits, buckets and spades...
We have a small SW facing patio area at the rear of the property with a table and chairs for you to use...perfect for an al fresco breakfast or an afternoon cuppa.
We hope you like what we have done with the place and enjoy your stay and Wells and the its surroundings.
We run the property independently so we can give a personal service to you our guests.
We have an agreement with a local service management company who can assit you should you encounter a problem during your stay.
We share those contact details with you once you have confirmed a booking.
Yes we welcome dogs to the house - but please be conscious that not everyone likes to have them on the furniture and beds. If you choose to bring your dog we will ask for an extra £15/week.

Yes absolutely - you can store them in the shed too!
Yes please - we charge £150 deposit regardless of the duration of your stay. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your stay completing. We don't charge for minor breakages like the odd glass or plate...or normal wear and tear.
We ask that you leave the house tidy by 10am on the date of your departure.
